An existing old laundry building (curved roof, upper right) served as the anchor for this development scheme for Downtown Southern Pines. The rest of the site was designed to offer retail, office, and residential space. There is a courtyard in the center.

To date, the owners have performed the adaptive reuse work on the old laundry, converting it to office space. The west-facing terrace affords an elegant primary entrance.
