Located in close proximity to an existing fire department, this police department building was designed and sited as the first of a planned municipal complex for Whispering Pines. This building was designed to fit comfortably into its residential neighborhood.

Each community has unique needs to be met in its police and safety facility. Only 3300 square feet in size, this building has all the important components and adjacencies of a larger department, plus the additional space to house a small rescue motorboat.

This is an economical little building. The owner wisely chose to put durable materials where they would have the most impact. The roof is metal and the windows are aluminum clad. The lobby has vinyl wall covering in lieu of paint.
